Staging Service Terms

These Staging Service Terms outline how Kast Staging provides its home staging services. By booking or using our staging services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Kast Staging provides home staging services that include design planning, furniture and accessory rentals, delivery, installation, styling, and removal.
Design decisions, furniture selection, and room layouts are determined by Kast Staging. Staging is a creative service and the final presentation is completed at the discretion of our design team.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50 percent non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure project dates. The remaining balance is due on the day of staging.
All pricing, packages, and rental timelines will be communicated clearly in advance.
Renewal charges occur automatically unless cancellation is requested at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

3. Access to Property

Clients must provide full access to the property on the staging date.
If a floor plan or listing link is not available during the consultation, access may be required beforehand to finalize a quote.
Clients will be contacted once staging is complete to review the finished work.

4. Rental Period and Renewals

Staging includes a 30 day rental period unless otherwise stated.
Three and six month packages are available at preferred rates.
All furnishings and accessories remain the exclusive property of Kast Staging throughout the rental period.

5. Additional Services

Additional rooms, outdoor areas, or specialty spaces may be staged at an added cost.
Any changes to the approved staging plan must be requested in advance and may be subject to availability.

6. Artistic Control

Clients acknowledge that staging is a creative service. Kast Staging will complete each project in a style consistent with its portfolio.
While reasonable recommendations may be considered, the final presentation is determined by Kast Staging.

7. Care of Furnishings

Clients are responsible for maintaining the condition of all furnishings while they are in the property.
Any damage caused by occupants, visitors, pets, contractors, cleaners, or third parties may result in additional charges.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Deposits are non refundable.
If staging must be cancelled or rescheduled by the client after booking, or if staging cannot proceed due to access issues or site conditions, charges may apply.
Kast Staging is not responsible for delays caused by building restrictions, lack of access, or safety concerns.

9. Safety and Conduct

Clients must ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
Kast Staging may pause or discontinue work if unsafe or inappropriate conditions arise.
If staging cannot be completed due to unsafe environments, full charges may still apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kast Staging is not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of staging services or from delays outside our control.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Property photography and imagery created by Kast Staging may be used for portfolio or marketing purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Staging Service Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

12. Updates to Terms

Kast Staging may update these Staging Service Terms as needed. Continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of any updated terms.
