One Bedroom Package
The One Bedroom Package provides a complete, ready-to-install staging setup designed for smaller homes and condominiums. Each project includes a full living room, dining area, bedroom, and bathroom presentation, along with lighting, artwork, and accent styling. Every installation is adjusted to the property’s layout so that scale, comfort, and flow feel natural and balanced.
Our team manages delivery, setup, and removal in-house. The result is a finished, move-in-ready presentation that helps buyers connect to the space immediately. Substitutions may occur as needed to better suit the layout or available inventory, but the outcome remains consistent and cohesive.
What to Expect
Each staging includes a 30-day rental period, with the option to renew month to month or select a longer term in advance. Three- and six-month packages are available at preferred rates for listings that require extended presentation time.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your project. The remaining balance is due once staging is complete. Turnaround averages three to five business days from quote approval to full installation.
To ensure accuracy, a property visit is required before a quote can be finalized unless a detailed floor plan and active listing are provided. We require property access on the day of staging, and once the setup is complete, you’ll be contacted to review the finished work.
Renewals are automatically charged to your account at the end of each term and can be cancelled by phone or email with at least 24 hours’ notice.
All furnishings and décor are maintained, cleaned, and inspected before every project. Clients do not need to supply or prepare any items, as our team coordinates all logistics from start to finish.
Additional Options
Every property is unique. If your project includes areas beyond what is covered in this package, furnishings and styling can be added at a separate cost. Common requests include dens or offices, outdoor spaces, or specialty areas such as entryways or reading nooks.
All additions are planned in advance to ensure the final presentation aligns with your goals and the needs of the property.

Our approach is collaborative. While each package includes a curated selection of furnishings and accessories, we welcome your input and requirements. Together we can make thoughtful adjustments so your staged property feels both effortless and true to its audience.
