Kast Staging helped me stage my 1971 house so it looked more like a 2001 house and I managed to sell it quickly, even in this market. They had a good sense of how to stage so it looks like an art piece. They also were good with the administrative side, such as showing up on time and providing easy payment options. It was a point of contention in my family who thought I was wasting my time by moving all my stuff out, vacating the house and staging it fully, however, I would highly recommend it as it is much harder to sell a house that you are actively using as it won't come across as glamorous.
